A new journey every meal.

We don’t have standard menus at Margot for two main reasons: First, we source and take inspiration from the absolute best ingredients available, which changes from season-to-season, week-to-week, and even night-to-night. Whether your dish includes produce picked on a local farm this morning or seafood flown in from Japan (or both), a new menu each night ensures everything on your plate lands at the perfect moment.

The second reason is more abstract: We remember our most meaningful meals more like a great book or exciting vacation. Unexpected twists and surprises are what make them special, and we carry this spirit into our service. This is why we recommend either the Chef’s Counter or Five Course Tasting experiences to new diners; each course builds upon the last, leaving you with something unforgettable.

We recognize that this isn’t for everybody, and that’s ok. We aim to delight each adventurous eater who trusts us on this journey with something truly special.
